Biography
JOE CARDILLO was born and raised in the Toronto area and moved with his family to Grand Rapids, Michigan at the age of 13. He began his career with Vector Marketing in the summer of 1988 in Grand Rapids and continued to work with Vector Marketing while a student at the University of Western Michigan. Then, in 1990, as the company was building its start-up team to move into Canada, Joe was approached about opening the first branch office in Vector Marketing Canada’s history in his home town of Oshawa, Ontario. After graduating, Joe moved to London, Ontario to open up a District office. As Vector Marketing Canada grew, Joe was promoted to Division Manager and relocated to Calgary, Alberta. He achieved distinction in that role and was promoted to Eastern Canada Area Manager in 1997. In 2003, Joe was named National Sales Manager of Canada. Joe also has his MBA in Business from the Ivey School of Business. He and his wife Jennifer live in London, Ontario with their children Joshua, Madison, Jacob and Jackson.

Biography
RHANCHA CONNELL started her Vector career in 1990 in the York Region Office as a receptionist. In December 1991, she was offered the position of Sales Promotion Coordinator for Vector Canada. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to Sales Promotion Manager. In Sept. 2002, she was promoted to National Service Manager for Vector Canada. On Oct. 1st, 2004 she was promoted to National Sales Promotion Manager as well as overseeing the Field Service Department in Oakville. She is a graduate of York University with an Honours BA in Political Science and a Minor in Law. She is also a board member of the Direct Selling Education Foundation. She recently became certified to be a LIF-Orientations coach and volunteers for Junior Achievement. She was recently awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Canadian Direct Sellers Association at their annual conference in Banff in June 2011. Rhancha, with her husband Ryan , have 2 children, Evan and Julia. She resides in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Biography
SHERRI DICKIE started her career with Vector in 1996 as a University of Guelph student. She was the #7 Scholarship winner her first summer and was a Branch Manager in 1998 and 1999. She served on the FSM Advisory Board in 2003 and she was awarded the Carmen Buehner Memorial Award in 2004. Sherri is a Court of Honour member with over $400,000 in career sales. In 2005 Sherri was promoted to Division Recruiting Assistant. From there she was promoted to the Manager of Vector Marketing Canada’s Call Centre. In July of 2007 she took on her current role as Campus Recruiting Manager. As a member of CACEE, the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers, she is passionate about building relationships with our Canadian campuses, as well as developing the Selling Smiles 101® program at other institutions.

Biography
JIM KALIL is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelors Degree in Business. In 1987 he was hired by Vector Marketing Corporation in Olean, New York as the Assistant Administrative Manager. In 1990 he accepted the position of Administrative Manager for Vector Marketing Canada, which was a brand new operation. In 1998 he was promoted to his current position of Operations Manager. Jim works out of our Oakville headquarters and also resides in the Oakville area. He is the proud father of two wonderful children; Nathan and Jessica.

MIKE McDONALD started with Vector in 1996. He graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Humanities/History. Mike has held several different positions with the company including: Shipping Clerk, Field Service Specialist and currently holds the title of National Administrative Manager. Prior to working for Vector, Mike became a Private in the Canadian Armed Forces, and worked for the Children’s Aid Society. Mike is happily married to Leigh Kirschner and has three beautiful children: Andrew, Meghan and Patrick. Mike is currently active as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and is a trail monitor for the Bruce Trail Conservancy.

ANGIE MACDOUGALL started in May 1994 in the Calgary Office and is a graduate of the University of Calgary. She has achieved Academy of Champions 12 times as a sales rep and a manager. She had the #1 Office in 1998, 2000 to 2010! She had the #1 District in ‘99, ‘00, and ‘01. She has achieved President’s Banquet 13 times and has over $55 million in career sales. She is the first manager in Vector Canada’s history to do over $2 million in office sales in a year. She was promoted to Division Manager in 2003. She was inducted into Vector’s Hall of Fame in January of 2007. She holds the best Spring, Fall, and Summer campaigns in Canada. In 2010 Angie and her Calgary Team and Can Rock Division smashed monthly and yearly records non-stop! Her Calgary Office & Can Rock Division set the all-time sales record in 2010! She is known for producing Vector Champions from her office! She is a perennial champion in our business. Angie and her husband Warren have two beautiful children Ava and Declan.

MIKE SMITH started in 1992 in the York Region Office as a sales representative. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 1993 and ran the Barrie Branch. In 1994, he was promoted to District Manager. He had the #1 District in 1997, 1998, and once again in 2002! He was promoted to Assistant Division Manager in September 2002 and his office finished #3 for the year. Mike was promoted to Division Manager at Conference of Champions in September 2006. Mike is responsible for over $20 million in sales. Some of Mike’s many accomplishments as DVM include being an 11 time Academy of Champions recipient; he has received 6 swords, #5 office for the year of 2010, and qualified for Ireland in 2010! Michael and his wife Kari have 2 beautiful girls, Robyn and Hope.
