If at any time within fifteen (15) days after the customer receives their CUTCO, they decide they are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may get a full refund of their purchase price by contacting CUTCO Customer Service.
Forever Sharpness Guarantee
CUTCO knives with the Double-D® edge will remain sharp for many years, but after extended use they may need sharpening. Many customers can have their straight-edged knives sharpened for free in their homes by independent sales representatives. There is a nominal return shipping fee for factory sharpening of $6 to $9 depending on the quantity of pieces shipped.
Forever Replacement Service Agreement For Misuse Or Abuse
Should the customer damage their CUTCO through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for one half of the current retail price plus shipping/handling and tax.
